If you love dessert crepes and want to save yourself $7, well you've come to the right place. Here is a recipe you can make in 5 minutes to devour an unforgettably soft, sweet, and heart-warming crepe. It's really easy (though it took me a couple tries to flip over the crepe) aaaand you can eat five more of that if you're feeling especially hungry. If you weren't hungry before this, I know you are now. So go right ahead and make it!
Servings: 6 Prep: 7 mins Cook time: 24 mins
Ingredients
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk the milk, vanilla extract, and eggs. Stir in the flour, sugar, salt, and melted butter until no more lumps.
Heat a medium-sized pan over medium heat. Grease the pan will vegetable oil. Pour 1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) of batter and tip the pan to touch edges. After 2 minutes, flip over and cook until crepe is golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.
Add as many fillings or toppings as you like. Here's what I do: spread half of crepe with Nutella, in the middle of spread lay sliced bananas and strawberries, fold crepe in half and top it off with a spoonful of whipped cream/cool whip and chocolate drizzle. Enjoy!
