Overnight oats is a great recipe for when you don't have enough time to make breakfast in the morning. Cooking isn't even required for this recipe and it'll be ready whenever you want to eat it. All you have to do is mix together all the ingredients, store them in a jar or container, and plop them in the fridge. This simple and easy meal is full of protein, fiber, and Vitamin C that your body needs. I would also recommend pairing this with an earl grey latte. It warms the stomach and balances out the richness in the overnight oats.
